About Lucy Banks
“Be yourself. Everybody else is already taken.”
(Oscar Wilde)
My work is about keeping you connected to your core.
My focus is framing and maintaining natural beauty, understanding that a genuine glow comes from within -
The life you live, the challenges you face, the style you choose and who you are at heart.
It’s important that you understand your value.
Confidence isn’t thinking that you’re better than anyone else. It’s realising that you have no reason to compare yourself
with anyone else
ABOUT ME
I have been devoted to medical aesthetics for 14 years. I’m an independent nurse prescriber, which means, I’m medically trained, ethically sound, and I have autonomy over my own practice.
The industry was young when I entered it. In fact I’ve “grown up” in it, witnessing the inception of concepts such as beautification / the golden ratio of phi (which became synonymous with The Kardashians) and observing the ebbs and flows over the years. My MO has always been a less-is-more approach, long before the term “tweakment” was coined.
As I’ve progressed within my craft, I’ve come to understand that the beating heart of my work isn’t about re-casting the way somebody looks, but about keeping you connected to the essence of who you are.
My work is to frame your natural beauty, channelling the glow you get from being confident in your own skin.
It takes a lot of hard work to make something simple
Education and collaboration are key to my process. I’ve done the work, with years of trialing the best techniques and products to understand how to achieve consistently effective results. I offer a safe and caring pair of hands to keep you looking your best - fresh, natural and relaxed. Ultimately, I want to be a big tick off your list in terms of taking care of your appearance.
Having been mentored by one of the founders of UK medical aesthetics, I cut my teeth on a clinic chain that saw me working across the UK, from Glasgow to Guildford, via Shepherds Bush. I moved on to work with some of the most renowned figures and clinics in London.
When I had my second son, a decade ago, I decided to set up my private practice. This means that I dictate my own timings and protocols to ensure safe, collaborative, and
fully focused patient care. I spent two years in Mayfair, a decade on Harley Street, and am now set discretely on Manchester Square, Marylebone.
