Non-surgical Nose Job (Rhinoplasty)
From £400
A non-surgical nose job is a procedure where small amounts of hyaluronic filler is injected to correct asymmetries and undulations in the nose, which create shadows/breaks in the flow.
The nose can be reshaped without the downtime or expense of surgery. Some people like to try the non-surgical version before taking the plunge with a surgical rhinoplasty, others need a minor reshape for small deviations. Either way the results are particularly pleasing.
Minor deformities may be softened, making the nose more symmetrical, blending smoothly with the facial features. The nose is a complicated area, with safety, subtly and comfort being key.
Local anaesthetic is injected, and a cannula used to reduce risk of complications.

The Process
It is vital to use micro amounts of filler when addressing the nose. Less is most definitely more here. The tissue is sterilised and local anaesthetic is injected. For the most part a cannula is used for safety. Where the skin becomes too thin for the cannula, micro aliquots are very carefully injected.
1. Filler Injection
The filler is gently moulded to achieve the desired correction and smooth contours. Common areas for correction are the nasal bridge, tip, and the nasal spine.

Frequently asked questions
-
You may experience swelling, redness, tenderness, and bruising at the injection site. Uneven swelling is normal and should balance out as it subsides. These effects typically resolve within a few days to two weeks.
-
Bruising can occur despite precautions to avoid it. If bruising happens, it will typically be apparent immediately after treatment. Bruises may change colour as they heal, from red to purple, black, green, and eventually yellow. Using Arnica and Vitamin K cream can help speed up the healing process.
-
We aim for subtle, natural results, which take 2-4 weeks to fully settle. A review can be scheduled afterward, where additional filler can be added for a fee, or, if needed, filler can be adjusted or dissolved with hyaluronidase.
-
Most patients experience minimal discomfort during the procedure. Numbing cream and local anaesthetic are used for added comfort.
-
It’s best to avoid applying makeup for 12-24 hours after your filler procedure to reduce the risk of infection or irritation at the injection site.
